Michelada Mix

Ingredients: Fresh Lime Juice, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice, water, condiments, and spices

A 16-ounce bottle makes 4-6 Micheladas. Place seasoning on a small plate, moisten the rim of a large glass with any citrus juice and coat the edge of the glass with the seasoning.
Fill the glass with ice, pour 2-3 ounces of michelada mix (or desired amount), pour 12oz of your favorite beer, and stir gently. Enjoy!

Strawberry, Lemon, Rosemary Agua Fresca

Ingredients: Organic strawberries, filtered water, fresh lemon juice raw sugar, rosemary

32-ounce bottle serves 4 or makes 4-6 cocktails Enjoy Agua Fresca over ice or make it a cocktail.

Agua fresca cooler

Pour 1 1/2 - 2 ounces of Tequila, Mezcal, or Cava in a glass over ice, and pour 6 ounces of agua fresca over iced spirit.
Stir gently and garnish with citrus or fresh sliced strawberries.

Carne Asada Taco Kit

Ingredients: Steak: Inside skirt steak, salt, pepper, black pepper, Aleppo pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano

Salsa Roja: Tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapeños, Anaheim chile, salt, water

Cooking instructions: Pre-heat a heavy pan(cast iron) or grill to above 350F. We recommend charcoal or mesquite for best results.
Sear steak on each side for 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, 4-5 minutes for medium to medium-well. Once cooked place on a clean plate and cover with foil for 4-5
minutes allowing the meat to rest. After the meat is rested place it on a cutting board and slice or dice meat into 1/4 inch pieces. Heat flour tortillas on a grill or pan for 30 seconds
on each side (or desired preference). Place warm tortillas on a plate and fill with 1 1/2 ounces of cut carne asada, top with salsa roja. Garnish with fresh cilantro, onion,
and or lime wedge. Enjoy!

Salsa Roja: Tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapeños, Anaheim chile, salt, water

Salsa Verde: Tomatillos, tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapeños, salt, water

Chips: Yellow corn(maiz), cornflour, lime, water.

Pork Tamale

Ingredients: Corn masa, chicken stock, dried chilies, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, garlic, lard, salt, baking powder

Mexican salsa: Tomatoes, tomatillos, onions, garlic, jalapeno peppers, yellow peppers, salt, water.

Cooking instructions:

From Frozen

Mexican salsa packet: Place Mexican salsa packed in a bowl with warm water for 5-10 minutes until salsa is thawed, set aside or refrigerated to enjoy with hot tamales.

Remove Tamales from plastic packaging, and discard plastic packaging. Place Tamales in a microwave-safe plate and heat for 4-4:30 minutes(do not remove corn husk). Remove from microwave and let cool for 1-2 minutes so the hunk can be removed without burning your fingers or hands. Carefully removed/unwrap the tamal from the corn husk and place it on a serving plate. Enjoy salsa Mexicana.

From Refrigerator

Corn Tamale

Ingredients: Sweet yellow Corn, butter, sugar, vegetable oil, corn kernels.
Mexican crema packets: Mexican Crema, brown sugar, cream.

Cooking instructions:

From Frozen

Mexican crema packet: Place Mexican crema packed in a bowl with room temperature water for 5-10 minutes until crema is thawed, set aside or refrigerated to enjoy drizzled over hot sweet corn tamales.

Remove Tamales from plastic packaging, discard plastic packaging. Place Tamales in a microwave safe plate and heat for 4-4:30 minutes(do not remove corn husk). Remove from microwave and let cool for 1-2 minutes so hunk can be removed without burning your fingers or hands. Carefully removed/unwrap the tamal from corn husk and place on a serving plate. Drizzle Mexican crema on top of hot tamales and enjoy.

From Refrigerator

Mexican crema packet: Keep crema refrigerated until you are ready to enjoy drizzled over hot sweet corn tamales.

Remove Tamales from plastic packaging, discard plastic packaging. Place Tamales in a microwave safe plate and heat for 3-3:30 minutes(do not remove corn husk). Remove from microwave and let cootl for 1-2 minutes so hunk can be removed without burning your fingers or hands. Carefully removed/unwrap the tamal from corn husk and place on a serving plate. Drizzle Mexican crema on top of hot tamales and enjoy.
