We highly suggest you ENJOY these tortillas within 1-2 days of purchase.
Mejorado Tortillas can be stored in a cool (70º or lower ) and dry area for 1-3 days or can be kept refrigerated for 7-8 days.
Note: When tortillas are refrigerated we recommend they be tempered at room temperature for at least 10 minutes to prevent tortillas from sticking to each other.

Heating and Cooking
Heating tortillas for burritos, tacos, wraps, and more.
We recommend you heat your tortillas on an ungreased skillet, electric griddle, or on a stick pan
over low to medium heat (250℉ - 275℉) heat for 20-25 seconds on each side.
Other cooking and heating techniques:

Cooking and re-heating
Heating tortillas for burritos, tacos, wraps, and more.
We recommend you heat your tortillas on a plancha or griddle set at 250℉ - 275℉, heat for 20-25 seconds on each side.
For a crispy outside finish on a plancha, griddle, or panini press set at 350℉ - 375℉ for 20-25 seconds on each side.

Storage
When delivered we recommend tortillas be removed from the box and stored on sheet trays or flat refrigerator shelf, refrain from
stacking more than 5 packages high to preserve the integrity of the tortilla or sticking.
At room temperature (68℉-72℉) - Tortillas will stay fresh for 3 days
Refrigerated ( 34℉-41℉) - Tortillas will stay fresh for 14 days
Note: When tortillas are refrigerated we recommend they be tempered at room temperature for at least 1 hour to prevent tortillas from sticking to each other.
Michelada Mix
Ingredients: Fresh Lime Juice, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice, water, condiments, and spices
A 16-ounce bottle makes 4-6 Micheladas. Place seasoning on a small plate, moisten the rim of a large glass with any citrus juice and coat the edge of the glass with the seasoning.
Fill the glass with ice, pour 2-3 ounces of michelada mix (or desired amount), pour 12oz of your favorite beer, and stir gently. Enjoy!
